Cakui Legend ! Original resepi: My Sister's Mother in Law Bahan²: 1kg tepung gandum 15ml yis 4 sudu marjerin Sedikit soda bikarbonat (hujung sudu je) Air garam secukupnya Cara²: 1. Mix tepung, yis, soda bikarbonat dan marjerin sampai sebati. 2. Kemudian, masukkan air garam sedikit demi sedikit sambil uli sehingga tiada ketulan tepung. Doh sekarang memang melekat sebab masih basah. 3. Kemudian, biarkan doh tersebut selama 30 minit sehingga kembang. 4. Setelah kembang, tambahkan air garam sedikit dan uli doh sehingga lembut. 5. Tiramisu Recipe INGREDIENTS 15 Ladyfingers/lee's butter biscuits 1 Cup Espresso 4 Egg Yolks ½ Cup Sugar 1 Cup + 2 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream 1 Cup(8 oz.) Mascarpone/cream cheese Cocoa Powder, for dusting INSTRUCTIONS Place the egg yolks, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of the heavy cream in a small saucepan and whisk together well. Place over medium heat and whisk constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the custard thickens(enough to coat the back of a spoon). Remove from heat, scrape into a large mixing bowl and let cool completely. In another bowl, beat the remaining heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set aside. Add the mascarpone/cream cheese to the cooled custard and whisk together until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
